Leadership Development
Cornell's current catalog connects classroom leadership study with Leadership Laboratory, where cadets apply concepts through drill and ceremonies, group leadership problems, confidence-building exercises, and guest presentations.
Leadership development at a high level
The program combines academic study with Leadership Laboratory and physical fitness training. Leadership and management are developed through the coursework and practical military training.
Leadership Laboratory activities include drill and ceremonies, group leadership problems, confidence-building exercises, and guest presentations. The laboratory gives cadets opportunities to apply concepts introduced in Air and Space Studies courses.

Leadership practiced hands-on
From Leadership Reaction Course obstacles to group leadership problems, cadets rotate through leading and following while evaluators observe and debrief.
